We're seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Associate to join our team at RW&CO. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are always stocked with the latest products and visually appealing displays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and organize merchandise upon delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with visual presentation tasks to create an engaging and inviting store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures safely
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
