Job Description
  • At 21 Century Trading Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize the daily tasks and activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and productive operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and supplies.
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve work problems and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, business administration, or supply chain management.
  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Language
  • English language skills are required.
