- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high levels of performance.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
