JIO PRINTS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommending replacement of machines as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a manufacturing or operations management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
