Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Victoria Branch. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Architectural Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Project Management to schedule, track, and deliver materials
  • Attend hand-off and autopsy meetings to ensure project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive material lists and takeoffs for change orders
  • Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds, and insurances as required
  • Process warranties and close-out packages accurately
  • Act as a liaison between procurement and all departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Manage material orders and delivery issues to minimize delays
  • Log all material orders into the centralized purchasing system for proper tracking and classification

Requirements

  • Architectural Technology Diploma or related education is an asset
  • Experience with Glazing, Metal Panels, Roofing, or the entire Building Envelope is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license is an asset
