Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Riverstone Management. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project budgets, including supporting monthly reconciliations and preparing client reports.
- Coordinate and support project schedules ensuring timelines are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in client communications to inform and update clients throughout the project duration.
- Support the Construction Manager and Superintendents by coordinating schedules, technical details, and training logistics.
- Assist in preparing tenders for contracted work, liaise with the project team for resolution and execute contracts accordingly.
- Coordinate procurement of tools, equipment and materials as needed.
- Participate and contribute to weekly meetings with all Site Superintendents to maintain project and company controls and processes, promote communications, implement training, and support company safety policies.
- Assist with the company safety program, ensuring participation and compliance, as well as implementation and monitoring of new initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in the construction industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, familiar with project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of required activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment.
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships.
- Motivated in the pursuit of personal growth and growth of the team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
