We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at UAP Inc. in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Advise customers on our vehicle parts and accessories, providing expert recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Order Processing: Place orders and follow up with customers as required to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including vehicle parts and accessories.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Education and Experience: Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or relevant experience in the industry (asset).
