Key Responsibilities
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and understanding
  • Provide information to customers on products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Receive payments from customers and process transactions efficiently
  • Sell merchandise to customers and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Attention to detail, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks are essential skills for this position
  • Client focus, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, and dependability are also required

Compensation
