We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources primarily through telephone and email communication
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting efforts for new customers in a defined territory
  • Track prospects through the sales cycle and leverage data to identify the most effective approach for each funnel
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to continuously optimize and improve sales processes
  • Become a Tidal + Shopify expert, providing exceptional support and guidance to prospects
