Job Summary

At CORE Architects Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR team to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs. You will also advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements. Additionally, you will establish and implement policies and procedures, research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs, coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, research employee benefits and health and safety practices, and recommend changes. You will also advise senior management and respond to employee questions and complaints. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior management. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, and will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
