Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management in the waste industry.
  • A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of new business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the Covanta value proposition.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technical industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% within the region.
