About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the progress of our construction projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the efficient execution of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Plan and Prepare Construction Schedules and Milestones: Create and manage construction schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Read Blueprints, Schemas, and Drawings: Interpret and understand construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure that projects are built according to design.
  • Plan and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are completed within budget.
  • Direct the Purchase of Building Materials and Land Acquisitions: Source and procure building materials and land, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
