Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a wide range of options for our guests.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
