We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.
