  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records of food and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas to promote a safe working environment.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
