Job Title: Tile Setter

BC Floors is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing tile surfaces in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free of debris.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and grouts to secure tiles in place.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
  • Install tile strips and borders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile setting or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

As a Tile Setter, you will work on various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You will be required to work on your feet for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and navigate uneven surfaces.
