We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Overlander Sports Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week and flexible scheduling as needed.
  • Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Lightspeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
