Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a light duty cleaner at TURNING POINT JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
