About This Role:
This position requires a strong background in property casualty insurance/underwriting experience with prior people leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,100 - $142,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our hybrid work model incorporates a blend of in-person and remote work, ensuring connection, collaboration, communication, coaching, and celebration.
