Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales teams, including territory calendar management, expense and budget management, events planning, and maintaining our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams, including territory calendar management and expense and budget management
  • Plan and coordinate events, including sales meetings and client presentations
  • Maintain our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with the District Vice-President and Business Development Manager to develop and implement business plans
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure efficiency and consistency of territory management
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with existing investment advisors and strengthening internal and external client relationships
  • Adhere to and apply Internal Compliance regulations and Sales Practices under NI for our clients as the team compliance coordinator

Requirements

  • Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with multiple priorities and independently in a team environment
  • Interest and curiosity in capital markets and how they relate to the fund industry
  • Successful completion of a financial services industry program course (i.e. CSC, IFIC, CFA, CFP, CIM, etc) would be an asset but not required
