Job Title: Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Queensborough Cannabis Co. Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves, and rotating stock.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
