We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Solutions Specialist to join our team at NedBank.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in commercial banking and transactional banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the domestic transactional portfolio by building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by presenting domestic transactional solutions to clients.
  • Ensure achievement of targets across all products and services, monitored via client management systems and contribution statements.
  • Maintain quality and turnaround standards through effective use of relevant systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Apply the bank's risk and credit policies appropriately, managing client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leveraging product expertise to build trust and demonstrate the bank's capabilities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients across different value profiles through effective engagement and management.
  • Manage escalated client complaints, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with risk standards by completing required training.
  • Stay updated within the field of expertise and meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in commercial banking and transactional banking.
  • Proven success in growing customer portfolios and securing new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
