Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description: As a Prosthetic Specialist, you will work in our state-of-the-art clinic, designing specific solutions to support patients in achieving their functional, recreational, and/or aesthetic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification in both Prosthetics and Orthotics (CPO(c)) would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying well-developed critical thinking and reasoning skills in the delivery of assessment and management techniques for evaluating and addressing the needs individuals requiring prosthetic and/or orthotic treatment.
- Self-directed, flexible, independent clinician who is also able to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills with the ability to make adjustments to meet urgent deadlines.
- Demonstrated skills in accessing and maintaining electronic health records related to the care provided.
- A valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle with 2 million dollars liability insurance for traveling to HHS sites and other community hospitals.
