Job Summary

As a key member of the McKesson Corporate team, the Analyst, Supplier Risk & Collections will play a critical role in managing and analyzing vendor accounts receivables to minimize financial losses and optimize cash flow. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and investigate root causes of accounts receivables issues, including payment discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Examine and analyze data to ensure the integrity of information and minimize reserve requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, Accounts Payable, and Strategic Procurement to ensure effective agreement policies.
  • Investigate and respond to internal stakeholder requests to support decision-making and strategic business negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Strategy, operations, retail banners, and treasury groups to ensure McKesson's agreement policies with vendors are profitable and effective.
  • Conduct functional analysis and recommend effective payment/collection solutions to resolve complex disputed debts.
  • Develop and maintain functional reports and dashboards for suppliers, the team, and business units to assess performance and identify potential losses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including SAP and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large databases and in-depth knowledge of business-related accounts payable and receivables processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.

McKesson offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $56,300 - $93,800, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
