We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Coordinator to join our dental practice in Thornhill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, doctors, and staff.

In this role, you will:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
  • Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure minimal gaps and maximize productivity.
  • Effectively manage recall systems and accurately maintain patient databases.
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from providers.
