Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uconnect Wireless. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with sales associates, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
