Job Summary

AWC Process Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Fabrication Specialist/Welder to join our team. As an Intermediate Fabrication and Welding Professional, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, fabricating and welding aluminum and stainless steel components using various shop equipment and tools, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabrication and Welding: Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate and weld aluminum and stainless steel components using various shop equipment and tools.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished products by inspecting and correcting welds as necessary.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other team members, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fabrication process.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, and accredited trade school or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years relevant fabrication and welding experience, and 2+ years as a Junior Fabricator/Welder or equivalent.
  • Certifications: CWB & ASME (as applicable).
