About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Alberta Liquor Wine and Spirits. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition, and accurately record inventory movements.
  • Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, including shelving, labeling, and rotating stock to ensure easy access and minimal waste.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to inventory or order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
