Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring that all products are properly secured and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and product movements.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process and prepare shipments for delivery, and receive and inspect incoming products for damage or defects.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with daily warehouse operations, including cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the warehouse and its equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency in using RF scanners.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
