Job Title: Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Engagement Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of IT Staffing and Consulting Services in their respective region. This individual will be responsible for executing regional growth-focused sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
  • Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions and/or services to new and existing clients.
  • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Develop client-specific strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit, and other financial targets.
  • Regularly conduct site visits and sales meetings with clients.
  • Develop effective relationships with key client contacts.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) program for customer base.
  • Stay abreast of leading industry trends and sales best practices.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
  • Assist in the establishment of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend changes and best practices.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Forecast and track performance against assigned regional services budgets.
  • Produce, analyze, and communicate other related reports to key stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify and contribute continuous improvement initiatives to the client and delivery teams.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Management to achieve assigned regional services goals.

Requirements:

  • Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT staffing or recruiting.
  • Approximately 5-7 years' experience in IT staffing or recruiting.
  • Experience selling IT staff augmentation services and negotiating rates with clients, preferably within an IT agency environment.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding Revenue, GP sales, and placement quotas.
  • Strong English communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.
  • Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices, and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to travel to client sites within your designated territory.

Work Environment:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

The work is performed remotely or in an office environment.
