About the Role

Firm: A leading portfolio management firm with over $200 billion in assets under management.

This is an inside sales position with a focus on calling high net worth leads provided by the firm, scheduling video meetings with prospective clients, and gathering new assets for the firm.

The firm actively markets their services via direct mail, internet, and other mediums, resulting in thousands of prequalified responses from interested investors willing to invest a minimum of $500,000.

No cold calling or prospecting is required, as the firm prefers that you focus on closing the leads provided.

A dedicated portfolio management and service team handles the transition and retention of client relationships.

Lead Generation

The firm provides all lead flow and comprehensive sales support, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.

Leads are generated through the firm's marketing efforts, including direct mail, internet, and other mediums.

Leads are distributed to the sales team, who are responsible for closing deals.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $100,000 base salary to start, with uncapped commission potential, resulting in average total compensation of $250-$300,000 and top producers earning up to $400,000.
