Lead GenerationThe firm provides all lead flow and comprehensive sales support, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads.
Leads are generated through the firm's marketing efforts, including direct mail, internet, and other mediums.
Leads are distributed to the sales team, who are responsible for closing deals.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: $100,000 base salary to start, with uncapped commission potential, resulting in average total compensation of $250-$300,000 and top producers earning up to $400,000.
