This is an inside sales role with a focus on calling high-net-worth leads provided by the firm, scheduling video meetings with prospective clients, and gathering new assets for the firm. The firm actively markets their services via direct mail, internet, and other mediums, resulting in thousands of prequalified responses from interested investors willing to invest a minimum of $500,000.
The firm provides all lead flow and comprehensive sales support, with a dedicated portfolio management and service team responsible for transitioning and retaining client relationships.
How do the leads work? The firm provides prequalified responses to the sales force, which are generated from their marketing efforts and client referrals.
How much new business comes from the leads provided by the firm versus cold calling? The sales team does not engage in cold calling, as all leads are provided internally in response to the firm's marketing efforts and client referrals.
Compensation:
$100,000 base salary to start, with a decline to $0 uncapped commission. Average total compensation is $250-$300,000, with top producers earning up to $400,000.
