Job SummaryXpera is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will be responsible for investigating, adjusting, and examining multi-line claims at a junior level. You will work in a technology-enabled, paperless environment and will enter into a period of structured training to obtain the skills required to be successful in a career in claims.
Key Responsibilities- Handling, investigation, and management of claims
- Reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements
- Ensuring appropriate coverage is in place
- Following guidelines and instructions
- Preparing documents and mandatory forms as required
- Managing a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Managing reserves, payments, and financials
- Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
- Previous experience in a related field is an asset
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a systematic way
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
- Valid driver's license
