Job Summary

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and manage claims in a systematic and detailed manner
  • Review coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements to ensure appropriate coverage is in place
  • Prepare documents and mandatory forms as required
  • Manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
  • Manage reserves, payments, and financials
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
  • Previous experience in a related field, such as builder or construction, is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license
