Job SummaryWe are seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and manage claims in a systematic and detailed manner
- Review coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements to ensure appropriate coverage is in place
- Prepare documents and mandatory forms as required
- Manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Manage reserves, payments, and financials
- Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
- Previous experience in a related field, such as builder or construction, is an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license
