We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Space Planner Specialist to join our dynamic team at BRC Group - Tayco. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating innovative and functional workspaces.

As an Office Space Planner Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in space planning, product knowledge, and customer service skills will enable you to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office furniture and spatial requirements. You will be expected to work closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health care, vision, dental, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on office layout, space planning, and product selection
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office space planning or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
