Software Development Supervisor

At Optel, we're seeking a highly skilled Software Development Supervisor to lead our multidisciplinary teams in delivering cutting-edge software solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of our developers, software architects, and product owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure, build, and lead a highly effective team, ensuring the quality of work and individual performance of team members.
  • Participate in SaaS architecture and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Recruit new talent and establish service agreements with potential partners.
  • Closely monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.
  • Promote the proper use of various tools and encourage close collaboration between teams and departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years or more of experience in software development.
  • 3 years or more of experience in team management as a manager or team lead.
  • Experience in software architecture and proven delivery of at least one SaaS product.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
