We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Horizon Health Network in Saint John, New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a collaborative environment and an interest in women's health and low-risk obstetrics.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including immigrant and refugee patients, and to contribute to the provision of safe and quality patient care. About the Role
This position involves providing family-centered primary care, including routine health and illness care, prescribing treatment, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in low-risk prenatal and obstetrical care, including patient-centered contraceptive planning, antenatal care, and post-partum care.
The ideal candidate will possess a Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies in Family Medicine. They will also hold a CFPC designation and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.

This position offers Fee-for-Service remuneration, with on-call remuneration provided. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in the development and implementation of treatment, education, counseling, and health promotion programs.
