Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bic Hayer Rental Properties Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent oral communication skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and prepare reports and records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Office.
  • Area of Specialization: Correspondence, reports, and records.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and reliability.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Requirements:

  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
