About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Professional to join our team at LTS Protective Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond effectively to alarm responses and client calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Patrol scheduled sites and locations, maintaining a visible presence and preventing potential security breaches.
  • Conduct thorough site and officer inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security License, demonstrating commitment to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver's license (G Class), enabling safe and efficient transportation between sites.
  • Meet our insurance company's requirements, including being 25+ years old as of January 2022, and provide a current driver abstract.
  • Be approved on our insurance, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
  • Fulfill our COVID-19 vaccination policy, prioritizing the health and well-being of colleagues and clients.
  • Hold at least 2 years of experience in a related position, showcasing relevant skills and expertise.
  • Post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g., law-enforcement) is preferred, indicating a strong foundation in security principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, combined with strong oral and written communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration and information exchange.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks, multitasking, utilizing timelines, and managing time efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity, upholding the values and reputation of LTS Protective Services.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Display a professional and mature demeanor under stressful situations, remaining composed and focused.
  • Showcase a confident, consistent, and decisive personality, making informed decisions and taking calculated risks.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision, exhibiting self-directedness and autonomy.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
