At Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Windows. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This includes preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

We are looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills.
