Executive Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at New York Fries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As an Executive Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the overall performance of the restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity
- Leading a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and developing their skills
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- High standards of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the values and principles of New York Fries
