Hospitality Services Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality Services Associate to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and appliances to ensure a dust-free atmosphere
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space
- Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable sleeping experience for guests
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to meet guest needs
- Stock linen closets to ensure adequate supplies
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
- Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Handle and report lost and found items to assist guests in locating their belongings
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service
- Provide basic information on facilities to help guests navigate the resort
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean appearance
- Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. You must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is also required.
Requirements and Qualifications- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
- Experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Living Water Resorts offers a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits. Additionally, a bonus program and group insurance benefits are available. This is a permanent position, and employees work 30-44 hours per week.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
