About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician 2 to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the casino, hotel, theatre, and marina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all resort facilities, including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall repairs.
  • Life Safety Systems: Maintain life safety systems, including fire alarms, emergency power, and sprinklers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order parts and equipment as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all operational departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service at all points of contact, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and drywall repairs.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and Serving It Right certificate.
