The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, transmissions, engines, and engine components.
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Inspect and diagnose issues with equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on maintenance and repair work.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders and service history.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Trade Certification: Journeyman Red Seal certification or equivalent experience in a related trade.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficient written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to work with customers, and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
