Parts Sales Associate

Rush Enterprises, Inc. is a leading commercial vehicle dealership group in North America, representing a wide range of industry-leading truck and trailer brands. We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Process daily shipments, deliveries, and pick-ups of commercial vehicle and equipment parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
  • Process returns and issue credits for parts, verifying original invoices and pricing.
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on new products and product updates.
  • Contribute to maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • At least six months of experience in over-the-counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting environment
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Driver's Abstract
