Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our LEGO Brand Retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational retail experiences to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting them warmly, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, and maintain the stockroom to LBR standards.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates. You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued, and belongs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
