E-Learning Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of eLearning to join our dynamic team at Focus on Life Biz. As a key player in our global team, you will have the freedom to design your own schedule, choose your work location, and manage your hours.
This role offers the flexibility of a home-based, performance-driven position, perfect for ambitious professionals eager for both personal and financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in weekly Zoom training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across various platforms to promote our online programs and services.
- Implement lead generation techniques via social media with expert guidance to attract new clients and customers.
- Conduct structured interviews and facilitate the provision of information to applicants to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Organize online Q&A sessions and provide mentorship to new clients to support their success and growth.
- Build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand using diverse marketing methods to establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, either as an independent contractor or with a reputable company.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), strong communication skills, and experience with Zoom.
- Background in digital marketing is preferred.
