Director of Social Performance

Are you a motivated self-starter looking for a challenging role that offers flexibility and autonomy? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of E-Learning Experience.
About the Role:
- Design and implement e-learning experiences that drive engagement and results
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and content marketing
- Collaborate with our team to create and deliver high-quality training programs
- Participate in weekly Zoom training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Implement lead generation techniques via social media with expert guidance
- Organize online Q&A sessions and provide mentorship to new clients
- Build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand using diverse marketing methods
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, either as an independent contractor or with a reputable company
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), strong communication skills, and experience with Zoom
- Background in digital marketing is preferred
