We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Khurana Communications Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be flexible, organized, and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week.

The Office Administrator will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will also oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

The working language is English, and the position is permanent.
