Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting new business, fostering strong relationships with customers, and exceeding their expectations through excellent customer service skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Consultant role involves:
- Fostering strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
- Promoting new business by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- Providing a superior experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations through excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
- Setting goals for each month's productivity, planning and organizing how to reach those objectives.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Vehicle product knowledge is an asset, but extensive manufacturer training would be provided.
- Previous automotive sales experience would be an asset.
- Valid VSA License is required.
- Possesses a valid British Columbia Driver's License and a current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver's record).
